Dog walker? Join the Founding Walkers test — Pro free for a year →
One minute, recorded on the live product: today's bookings, a client's dog, and an invoice sent with a pay link. No mock-ups.
No spreadsheet. No chasing. No wondering who has paid.
Everything you need to run the business is in the free plan, with no limits on bookings, clients or invoices. The Pro plan below adds conveniences; it never takes anything away.
Today, calendar and bookings
Who you've got, when, and whose dog is whose. Every booking in one diary, whatever its source, with a Start, Log and Complete on each one.
Your client book
Clients and their dogs, kept properly: vet, feeding, medication, the thing you must not forget. Bring your existing book in from a spreadsheet in a minute.
Your own booking page
Set your prices and hours once and get a page at book.go-rocco.com/your-name that a client can use tonight. Anyone who books there is your own client at 0%.
Invoices with a pay link
Finish the job and it's ready to invoice. Take card, Apple Pay and Google Pay straight into your own Stripe account, and record bank transfers and cash too.
Care records and report cards
Log fed, toilet, exercise, a photograph while you have the dog. The owner gets a live feed or an evening digest, and the report card writes itself.
A hub for every client
Each client gets a private link with their bookings, receipts, what's to pay, care updates and their dog's documents. No account or app needed.
Books and the tax-ready pack
Income lands in your books on its own. Add expenses and mileage at HMRC's approved rates, then download the year for your accountant as CSV, Xero, FreeAgent or QuickBooks.
Cancellation and no-show fees
Your policy, applied automatically. Charging for a late cancellation isn't a premium feature; it's the difference between a hobby and a business.
Repeat bookings and a waiting list
Mrs Patel every Tuesday, without writing it in the diary each week. When a slot comes free, the waiting list knows who to offer it to.
Quotes, vouchers, classes and packs
A priced proposal that only enters the diary when they say yes. Gift vouchers sold across the counter. Classes, packs and seasonal pricing.
Animal register and incident reports
Arrivals, departures and the daily record a licensing inspector asks for. A bite, an escape or a near miss written down once, properly, while it's fresh.
Keys, reviews, tips and calendar sync
A register of every key and code you hold. Reviews from your own clients on your own page. Tips. And a read-only feed of your diary for Google, Apple or Outlook.
Free runs the business. Pro takes the admin off your plate.
There's no trial to expire and no card to enter. Start on Free and switch Pro on when it pays for itself.

Built with UK dog businesses in mind
Dog walkers, pet sitters, home boarders, kennels, daycares, groomers, trainers, drop-in visits, house sitters and pet taxis. Sole traders and small teams. If you look after other people's dogs, it fits.
Walkers and sitters
Runs in the order you actually drive them, council dog limits on group walks, GPS-tracked walks and photos that go to the owner automatically.
Boarders and daycares
The per-animal register and daily record the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018 ask for, kept as you go, with a one-click inspection pack on Pro.
Groomers and trainers
Grooming cards with before-and-after photos, training plans with a goal and sessions against it, and certificates a client can show someone.
About a minute to set up. Optional to be found.
Create your free account
Go to provider.go-rocco.com. Email and a password, no card. Or sign in with the Go Rocco app account you already have.
The one-minute setup
Your business name and postcode, what you offer and what it costs, then paste or upload your client list. That's the whole wizard.
Share your booking page
Set your hours under Availability and send clients to your page. Everything they book there is yours at 0%. Invoices go out with a pay link when the job is done.
Optional: get listed
To be found by Go Rocco dog owners near you, upload:
- A selfie and photo ID
- A basic DBS certificate under 12 months old
- Public liability insurance, £1 million minimum
- Your local authority licence, if you board or run a daycare
We check documents within 48 hours. Your checks then show as badges on your listing.
Only clients we introduce carry a fee, and only for a while.
Whether a client is yours or Go Rocco's introduction is decided by the system from who touched them first, never by a box you tick. When you join, the clients you already had are yours.
Your own clients. Forever.
Clients you bring, import, add by hand or who find your booking page. Card payments land in your own Stripe account and Go Rocco takes nothing.
A client Go Rocco introduces, on their first bookings only
For 90 days or 10 bookings, capped at £50 per client, then they're yours at 0% too. Card bookings through the app collect it automatically; bookings you invoice or take in cash are totted up on a monthly statement.
Pro and marketplace fees are separate. Your plan never changes what a client costs, and being listed never changes what the software costs.
One booking. Two people. Two screens.
She books in the app, you run it from the portal, and neither of you types the same thing twice. The dog's profile, the care log and the invoice are one record seen from both ends.
Both sides of a booking, recorded live on the Go Rocco app and provider.go-rocco.com.
Do you make something for dogs?
Go Rocco's shop is for independent British makers of dog things. One person at a kitchen table is as welcome as a small workshop. Your brand gets its own page, with your story and where you make things, in front of the dog owners who use Go Rocco. We're signing our founding brands now.
Apply in about ten minutes
Five short pages about what you make. It saves as you go. A person at Go Rocco reads it and decides within five working days, and we email you either way.
What you'll need
Your story and the county your things are made in, your returns window (at least 14 days, as the law requires), how long you take to post an order, and your product liability insurance certificate. Food and treats also need your feed business registration. Nothing else does.
Fair terms, paid at dispatch
You sell direct through your own Stripe account. Go Rocco's commission is 15% on item prices, never on delivery, and your payout is scheduled when you mark the order dispatched. A statement each month shows exactly what was sold and paid.
Create a free account, then choose Apply to sell under Shop.
Own a pub, café, shop or vet that welcomes dogs?
Dog walkers planning a route see your venue on the map, warm footfall from people already out nearby with their dog. Claiming is free and takes about a minute.
A verified dog-friendly badge
It tells owners you genuinely welcome dogs, which reads very differently from "dogs tolerated". Reply to reviews, add photos and keep your details right from a free dashboard.
Walk & Brew
Adopt the walks that already start or finish at your door and offer walkers a small perk when they arrive, a free puppuccino or 10% off food. Never alcohol, and every perk is checked by a person.
Cards for the counter
Want physical "Dogs Welcome on Go Rocco" cards for the bar or till? Ask when you claim and we'll post you a pack, free.
To claim, open the Go Rocco app and go to Profile → For business owners, or email [email protected].
Made for dog people, and the people they pay.
Free is the product
Nothing you need to run your business is behind a paywall. Pro is a convenience layer, and you'll know when it's worth it.
Your clients are yours
0% on your own clients isn't a launch offer. It's the deal, forever, and the system decides who is yours so nobody can quietly move the line.
Being found is the bonus, not the pitch
We'd rather you used Go Rocco because it runs your day well. When a Go Rocco dog owner books you, that's on top.
Built for the rules you actually work under
The Animal Welfare Act 2006, the 2018 licensing regulations, council limits on dogs per walk, insurance and DBS renewals. Kept as you go, not reconstructed the night before.
Tax-ready, not tax advice
We give you the numbers your accountant asks for, in one download. We don't file anything, and we won't pretend to.
One record, both sides
The owner sees it in the app, you see it in the portal, and the dog is looked after in between. Nobody types it twice.
The ones providers ask us most
Is it really free?
Yes. Unlimited bookings, clients, invoices, your booking page, care records, books and the tax-ready pack, with no card and no contract. Pro is £15 a month or £144 a year and adds conveniences; it never removes anything from Free.
Do you take a cut of my own clients?
No. Anyone you bring, import, add by hand or who books through your own page is yours at 0%, forever. Only a client Go Rocco introduces carries a fee, and only on their first bookings: 15% for 90 days or 10 bookings, capped at £50 per client.
Do I have to be on the marketplace?
No. Listing is optional and your tools work either way. If you do want to be found by Go Rocco dog owners, you'll need a selfie, photo ID, a basic DBS under 12 months old and £1 million public liability insurance, plus your local authority licence if you board or run a daycare. We review within 48 hours.
Does it do my tax return?
No, and we're careful about that. It keeps tax-ready records and rolls the year up into the figures your accountant asks for, with exports for CSV, Xero, FreeAgent and QuickBooks. It's not tax advice, it doesn't file anything, and Making Tax Digital quarterly updates aren't offered yet.
Do my clients need the app?
No. Your booking page works for anyone, and every client gets a private link to their own hub with bookings, receipts, care updates and their dog's documents. Clients who use the Go Rocco app can book you from it and share their dog's full profile with you for the booking.
Can I run it from my phone?
Yes. The portal at provider.go-rocco.com works on any phone or laptop, and the Go Rocco app has a provider dashboard for your agenda, clients, earnings, keys and care logging on the go, including offline.
I already use the Go Rocco app. Do I need another account?
No. Sign in to provider.go-rocco.com with the same account and create your business from there.

Your calendar, your clients and your invoices, set up in about a minute. Free, no card, and your clients stay yours.
